SHIPPING AND PAYMENT

The prices on our website include the current 27% VAT, but do not include the shipping fee. We don’t charge extra for packaging.

The shipping fee is added to the amount of your purchase before checking out.

Delivery time: We deliver within 1-2 working days to any part of the country, if you place your order before 12:00 on working days.

Delivery time: 1 working day within Budapest and 2-3 working days outside Budapest – if you place your order until 12:00pm on a working day.

If you place your order after 12:00pm on a working day or on a public holiday, your package will be sent out on the following working day.

You will be notified of the delivery by e-mail on the day before delivery and by text message on the day of delivery.

We deliver anywhere in the world, for areas outside of Hungary it is only necessary to negotiate the individual delivery fee confirmed by the customer service.

SHIPPING METHODS:

In Hungary:

Delivery to your shipping address, to a GLS ParcelLocker or to a GLS pick-up point

You can chose where you want your purchased products to be delivered during placing your order. Delivery to a given shipping address takes place between 8: 00 and 17: 00 on business days. Please provide a shipping address where you can surely receive the package.

You can pick up your package from the parcel locker or the pick-up point for 5 days after you are notified.

In order to take it from the parcel locker, you will need a code which we will send you via e-mail or in a text message. You must present an identity card when you wish to pick up your product at a GLS pick-up point.

When chosing your shipment option, you can search for the closest GLS parcel locker or pick-up point.

Foreign delivery:

FedEx delivers the ordered package to addresses outside Hungary. 

SHIPPING FEES:

Shipping to your home: 3000 Huf, including 27% VAT

Shipping to your home with Magyar Posta: 3000 Huf, including 27% VAT

Shipping is free if your purchase is at least 20 000 HUF

Shipping to a GLS pick-up point: 2700 HUF

Shipping to a GLS ParcelLocker: 940 HUF

Shipping to a Post point: 2800 HUF

PAYMENT METHODS:

Payment by bank card: card transaction takes place via SimplePlay, on the page of OTP Mobile Service Provider Ltd. It processes the card data securely, in accordance with international security standards. Payments are made using SSL encryption, which means that unauthorized persons cannot access the card data.

We can accept VISA and MasterCard

COD payment: you pay the price of your product and the shipping by cash or card to the courier.

Bank transfer: in this case we will send your package after receiving the transfer.
