What should I do if my order has not arrived?

When can I expect my product to arrive?

If we receive your order until 12: 00pm on a working day, it will be delivered the next day.
If you place your order after 12:00pm or on public holidays, your product will be sent on the next working day.
You will be notified of the exact time of delivery by e-mail and SMS.

Do you accept COD payment?

Yes, you can pay for your product on delivery to the courier or at the pick-up point both by cash and by credit card.

What should I do if I don’t get what I ordered?

Please contact our customer service via e-mail: ugyfelszolgalat@healthandyouth.hu or via phone at +36 70 610 8084. The desired product will be sent to you as soon as possible and GLS Courier will collect the products sent to you by mistake.

How can I order a product?

To place an order, click on the “basket” button next to the products you want to purchase. If you have placed all the products you want to order in the basket, click on the “basket” or “contents of basket” button to start the payment process, and then click on the “complete order” button to start the payment process.

The website will guide you through the necessary steps to enable us to send you the selected products.

Do I have to register to order?

It is not mandatory, but in order to be able to serve you accurately and to make it easier for you to place an order in the future, we recommend registration.

What shall I do if my payment is unsuccessful?

Check your credit card, validity period, purchase limit setting.  We can accept VISA and MasterCard.
You can also pay for your order via bank transfer, or you can pay by cash to the courier or at the pick-up point upon delivery.

What types of products Health and Youth Ltd offers?

We offer our customers dietary supplements, which they can order from our webshop: www.healthandyouth.hu. Our products are based on natural active substances developed in collaboration with doctors, pharmacists, biochemists. They are manufactured in Europe and Hungary according to the ISO quality certificate, they don’t appear on WADA’s “blacklist” and they are not tested on animals.

Is it safe to use the products continuously?

The products we offer are safe and contain only natural ingredients and active substances.

Can I change my registration data?

Yes, once logged in, you can edit your information in the control panel.

How is my data used?

We will use your data only to fulfill your order, deliver the ordered products, issue a regular invoice, and in case of withdrawal, to refund the price of your purchase.

How long will my registration data be stored?

Your data and e-mail address will be stored until we receive a request from you to delete the registration. The person concerned will be informed electronically of the deletion of their data. Invoices issued shall be kept for 8 years in accordance with the provisions of the Accounting Act.
