What should I do if my order has not arrived?

When can I expect my product to arrive?

If we receive your order until 12: 00pm on a working day, it will be delivered the next day.
If you place your order after 12:00pm or on public holidays, your product will be sent on the next working day.
You will be notified of the exact time of delivery by e-mail and SMS.

Do you accept COD payment?

Yes, you can pay for your product on delivery to the courier or at the pick-up point both by cash and by credit card.

What should I do if I don’t get what I ordered?

Please contact our customer service via e-mail: or via phone at +36 70 610 8084. The desired product will be sent to you as soon as possible and GLS Courier will collect the products sent to you by mistake.
